Simple app, not a big range, but some nice graphic design versions— the occasional gem— and nice fragments for collage :)
Ah, yes, it appears I had it at one point. I’ll try it again with my eye towards collage fodder. Thank you. It just wouldn’t be Sunday morning without Mobitog sending me on a few trips to the App Store.
 
I’m intrigued - looks like the base image is watercolour-ish (?) then... I give up. How did you do it?
Pixlr for a polaroid-esque frame, Affinity > Filters and then Median Blur (I think) for the blur. I really like any of those blurs in Affinity. Pixelmator for the twirls (which I could have done in Affinity I now realise).

Edit: No, it was Affinity>Filters>Dust & Scratches ramped up to the max and that gives that watery blur.
