DistressedFX is free today. You will most assuredly want a few of the add-on packs, and that can add up quickly.

I deleted it because of the pricing also. I never got good enough with it to do any of the cool things I’ve seen others do.
I wonder if they have since abandoned the in app fees
I haven’t found much use for Distressed FX as yet. I have fiddled with it a few times but it turned out not to be the direction I wanted to go, but I just bought the new Beyond Skies pack anyhow.

But I’m not sure what the Apple Store App is and I’m guessing that it might not be free in the UK. It looks interesting though. I might just purchase it anyway.
