This is why I don't swim with the pigs! At Big Major Cay, Exuma.

Yes, it is. Tour boats bring tourists here to feed the pigs and swim with them. We've fed them, but they are very aggressive, so I'm not swimming around those teeth. Unfortunately, 7 of the pigs just died (that's about half the herd), so feeding them is no longer allowed, at least until they get the report on what killed them.

I've never heard of such a thing!
Oh, those poor pigs... Ugh. [emoji35] I don't blame you for not swimming with them - they are probably angry for being made to swim when all they want to do is hang out in some nice, warm mud!

Oh, I hope I didn't give the wrong impression. We're nowhere near rich enough to own an island. But we've found this island that very rarely ever sees anyone but us, so to us it's our own island.

Oh, I totally understood what you meant! It's magical to me to think of discovering a little island with no one else on it! I love your chairs, and I'm guessing that's your pontoon (or whatever they're called) that takes you from the big boat to the island? It's just so cool!!!! I'd want to hang out there all day. [emoji7] I'd say it was "my island" too if I were you.

What a gorgeous image and great edit. What did you use to produce that lovely painterly effect?
Mostly just Snapseed and a bit of Retouch. The original fish was actually black, and the Chinese restaurant in the background was very distracting. I used a lot of selective brightening and a few filters until I liked the look. Here's the original.

Yep, that's our dinghy. We discovered this island last year and spent almost every day here for a couple of weeks. We're so glad to be back!

Fantastic job Linda. It's great to see what you started out with - makes it all the more awe-inspiring.
