The veggies in the frying pan intrigues me. I’ve been steam roasting veggies lately. It cooks enough to satisfy Mike and caramelizes enough for me. Do you brown them a bit?

This was the beginning of our version of stir fry, sans wok. Browning them is not a goal.

It looks quite large, if those canopies are anything to go by.

It is large. Three large barn like buildings (the end of one can be seen behind the hands in the second photo). The canopies are where live music and multiple food vendors dwell.
