Opened it up in Snapseed :
Cropped it square
Tune Filter played around with Brightness, Contrast, Saturation and Vibrance
In Detail added Sharpness and Structure
Vintage Filter chose Style 2 and modified some of the settings
In Drama chose Option 1 and reduced filter strength a bit and increased saturation
Save

Open saved image in DistressedFX
I chose settings Cedar and Stirred and modified settings slightly

Save

opened this saved image with AltPhoto as I wanted to tone colours down a little and removed border

Save

Then opened this with Repix. I used mixture of Daubs and Hatching all over the image and then used Undoer. just kept playing around with all 3 until I got look that I wanted
