Not sure if anyone caught this when Glyn Evans posted it on the iPhoneography.com blog, but this tutorial is very helpful. I always knew about masking, but I never bothered to use the tool because I figured it's something that iPad photo editors use because of the bigger screen. It was sort of tough to get the gradients to evenly match, but I got it to work. There's no sound, but who needs sound? The main concern is how to use masking with Filterstorm. I was never a big Filterstorm user. It always sat it my folder full of editing tools, and I used it from time to time, but with this masking tool shown, I will definitely play around with it more and use Filterstorm more frequently. Check it out if you have the chance, it will most likely help you too.
