I bought it. Looks pretty bad at first glance, but I will play with some edits and post them. I’ve seen several ok shots on FB, but I doubt those of you who don’t buy every pak will take the plunge.

Hmmm I think my .99p is safe again this month

'What made Milwaukee famous made a looser out of this pak' ;)
I figured that would be your conclusion.

Its very strange - and what about Milwaukee inspired this one?

I will play with some combos of other film/lenses with Mitchell & Third Ward.
Apparently the Hipsta gang has never been to Milwaukee or heard of the popular US TV show “Laverne & Shirley” which was set in Milwaukee and they worked in a brewery. How you’d reflect “brewery” in a Hipsta pak I have no idea.... maybe this pak reflects how one sees the world after drinking beer all day.

Hmmm. You can make it more outlandish or less depending on what flash you use with the pak. One or two flashes bring the image back to an enhanced “normal”. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to do an outlandish “paint” job on an image by taking it into another app and adding one of the many painterly effects.

This is pretty cool!! I kinda love that sky...

Actually this pak should be renamed : "Chernobyl" as everything sort of has that nuclear fall out color palette ... Alas , Leslie continues to amaze by continuing to show us all the range of possibilities contained within ANY pak ! ... Good comments by RoseCat on the L&S Millwaukee reference : I now believe the Milwaukee pak should have been a "expired color film" with lower resolution lens pak - reminiscent of shooting with a Kodak 110 format cartredge film camera from the 1970's (which was the norm then for instant photography usage) .

Last summer we took an expedition cruise to the Russia Far East. Here are some edits of photos taken in Provideniya using the ‘Chernobyl’ combo. Mitchell, ThirdWard, and Apollo, which makes the colors look slightly more sinister looking.

And shaking your phone changes up the colors on this one.

Love these, probably the best interpretation of this pak we will see. Although they're all good images to begin with and as I say time and time again it doesn't matter what you edit with, if the original image is good the result will be good.

Agree wholeheartedly. Hipstamatic needs to let us all run the show. :sneaky:
