My favourite picture of this year. It shows the desperation for toilet paper and the emptiness of the shelves. This was at the biggest super market I knew. All should have been filled, but the hunting continued.
Last day in March and last image with Hipstamatic X I’m so fed up with it not having the original as well. Duplicate and remove the effect on the copy is not my way.
so at this point I’m back to Hipstamatic Classic, but full size, no square. From April onwards!
Gouvy lovely to see you again - we’ve missed you
And good to watch this #366Marathon unfold ( ‘descend’? ’downpour’??)
Hope to see you posting again soon in the challenges. And if you have time in between, say, May and June of the current uploads , we would love your thoughts on this month’s Image of the Month
Never had that before: cueing at Lidl (a new Corona experience, now so common and usual)
That house between the buildings, nearly hidden by the branch look like gold at this point. Unfortunately the cam couldn’t get it. But I remember it well
Easter Sunday: Met up with my parents at the chess table next to the fountain I shoot so often. Instead of Easter meal we met to exterminate my rhubarb desert by burying it in our tummies. was yummy!!!
Corona destroyed all those holidays.
Easter Monday: stayed home and ate some strawberries and watched a lot of series.
At Starbucks seemed to be the only creative people to set up deviders. Look closer and you’ll see the owls. Everybody else had plain tapes in light or dark.
Meeting a friend at the fountain. We brought hot water and instant coffee as well as mugs and enjoyed the sun and conversation.
Isn’t that beautiful!? I saw a yelly fish or abstract angel on my wall. It’s been a reflection Of the sunlight on a wrapper.
At first I thought it’s an insect and wondered why it doesn’t move. Attached the macro lens and saw it’s the seed shell that couldn’t separate from the leave. Looks a bit like a maggot.
Aww! The bumble bee liked the new kid in town. Shoved the Hipstamatic Classic image through Rays app to make it more visible. You won’t believe it, but I didn’t see many bumble bees or even bees this year. Nor on my balcony, last year (2019) I’ve seen many when the peppermint bloomed. But even this didn’t attract any insects.
spent the day with this series. Liked it very much.
Funny just realised this view was the last picture in March, too. On the March one you can see the stem of the taken away tree. Now I wondered what they are up to. They were noisy and removed the rest of the stem and roots over the next days.
Dad’s birthday and the meal we all looked forward to. Yummy!
Sweet birthday boy
For Dad’s thank you letter to his folks I did a portrait picture with Apple cam, added the numbers with SuperimposeX and showed it through Hipstamatic Classic.
4th
The next day I added turkey bacon and cheese to the rest of asparagus from dad’s birthday meal. Yummy again, though it doesn’t look that good on the picture
