Good day! I'm Sharon and I've been editing photos with Hipstamatic for several years now. Insomnia and Geek1956 led me here. As I was checking out pics from the Hipstamatic community, I saw cool stuff from Mobitog including one where Kevin's photo was featured. Glad to see some Hipsta folks here.

I don't have a particular specialty so I try to photograph everything. However I do lean towards scenes with people and the occasional animal. For some reason, I find food shots quite challenging because I possess little discipline in framing and go straight for a bite. Empty plates aren't as interesting haha. You can find my stuff at sftan14 on IG.

I look forward to seeing Mobitogers’ (did I get that right?) take on how you capture life. What images you find interesting, captivating and how you tease out beauty from the most mundane.

Welcome to MobiTog! I see you've found the weekly challenges, which is where most of the daily action is, but there are plenty of odd little corners here if you like to go exploring. When you see something you like, "How'd you do that?" is always an appropriate question, although sometimes the answer may be "I don't remember," especially if iColorama was involved. :D

Thanks for the welcome! Will explore the different threads to learn about other editing apps. It's good to learn new things :blush:

Important note: Please remember that only images originated on a mobile device (iOS or Android) can be posted to this community. No pictures created on a DSLR or compact camera are allowed.

Handy Tip: At the top of the site you'll see "New Posts", and clicking/tapping on it will take you to all the unread new posts that occurred since your last visit. Note: If there's just too many there to deal with, and you're really anal like me you can go up to the top and select "Mark Discussions Read" - and choose just a specific area to 'clear out', for example App Discussions, or choose all discussions which will clear everything and allow you to sort of 'start fresh'. That way the next time you go into New Posts, there will just be the most recent posts since you "erased" everything.

Also when you hover over your username in the very top right, you have an option to choose "Ignore New Posts", and select any forums/discussions that you DON'T want to show up.
