Yes, I think you’re right. That, and the fact that it wasn’t 7am yet! Blooming dog!Lovely I think it’s the first time I’ve seen a peony bud without at least one ant on it Perhaps it was because of the rain or is it dew drops?

A close-up of a Matzo cracker. They’re so large and, I think, photogenic.

Got back in time to go for a walk with Rog and Ozzy. The Hemlock is growing well.
Thanks Ann. No, I wasn’t. My mother and he didn’t get on. I remember one very difficult funeral of their aunt where they weren’t talking - awkward.Great manip of the funeral pic. Sorry to hear of the passing of your uncle. Were you close to him?
I had to look this up. Sounds like animal based Vegimite.bovril
Yes, you’re either a Marmite fan or a Bovril fan here. I used to be a Bovril fan but that has gluten too.I had to look this up. Sounds like animal based Vegimite.
I may be a bit morbid sometimes, but I just love the funeral pic. N.B. I could say this as you say you weren’t very close to him139/365

My step-daughter asked me to put together a selection of keepsakes attached to a pin so that she can fix it to her wedding dress when she gets married two weeks tomorrow. It includes a bullet from Rog’s army days, a Menorcan silver locket and a new Pandora charm. The spoon pendant has a beautiful engine-turned enamel back. Old, new, borrowed, blue (and green of course). We had to take the pin apart and then Rog soldered it back together. DistressedFX and Snapseed
Just gorgeous. I remember you talking about it before. Nice to see it finished now.140/365

You don’t really get the scale of this poppy from my photo, but it’s enormous - the size of a dinner plate. I’m going to try and get some seeds.
