Two images of the church I pass when I go to the choir in Stamford. It’s always lit up and I always mean to take a photo, but I’m usually walking with someone and can’t stop. Tonight I was alone. Both iColorama and Grungetastic

A day of very mixed emotions. The choir was asked, by a member that is dying of a brain tumour, to sing outside her house. Thirty five members of the choir gathered in the tiny front garden of her house, and in her neighbours’ gardens and sang five of the choir’s favourite songs. The whole family was there, along with many neighbours, who came out to listen. It was incredibly emotional. I was very proud to be part of it.
