We decided to go for a walk to a little garden centre, called Natural Surroundings, that specialises in wild plants. It’s in the grounds of Bayfield Hall, and is just around the corner from where we’re staying. We walked up to the hall and we’d planned to have a drink at the cafe at Natural Surroundings. However, walking towards the cafe, we found this little one - the size of a tennis ball - munching on a dead frog. It’s far too tiny to survive even cold autumn nights, let alone winters. So, instead of lunching at the cafe, Rog found a nearby (half hour drive away) hedgehog rescue man and I drove the little one over there. Richard (hedgehog man) says that it is in excellent condition and will be looked after until it can be released next year.

What a wonderful bedtime story. We need more stories like this in these obnoxious days. I’m not sure obnoxious is the perfect word for what I meant, but I think it’s a cool word

I took a photo of a little wooden boat that lives on the toilet cistern in our rental, and put it through DistressedFX and SuperimposeX (because iColorama has done that thing again where it put’s a wheel watermark on everything!). I’ve tried doing what I did before to get rid of it, but nothing is working.

This is Tariq Sharif, an upholsterer who works in a building opposite our rental property. It was his wife who gave me a towel to wrap around the baby hedgehog. I went to tell him that I’d left the towel with the hedgehog rescue man. :facepalm:He’s a very talented man, and he’s working on what he calls a pork pie footstool.

We did the same walk as the other day, when I photographed this little thing, but the other side (“Turn me over”).:lmao:

For iColorama on the iPad, select Settings from the Open menu, then Restore Purchases.

For iColorama S, you’ve got to tap Shop instead on the Open window. You’ll get a splash screen with subscription info, but you want to hit Restore at the bottom center instead.

Thank you Jerry, that worked a treat. I think that was what Ted was trying to tell me the first time it happened, but I went to iPad Settings, instead of iColorama! Doh!

I am not seeing a watermark, but then it was day or so later that the subscription was mentioned here that it showed up in the US. I was wrong about the rock!!! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
