Mobi365 JillyG’s Project 365 - 2021

Anything Patterdale, expect to live life at 100mph :lmao:

But different X Barney is a Patterdale/Cocker Spaniel, so 2 crazy breeds in one
He never used to be at all aggressive toward other dogs, too friendly in some instances, when I had to go running after him as he'd seen another dog to greet on the other side of the field (his re-call has never been 100%).

BUT over the years he's been attacked by bigger dogs, with stupid unthinking owners and if he's approached now he will quite often show teeth and snap as a warning, but only if the dog is bigger, still great with smaller dogs and lets face it he lives with and is great friends with Yogi the cat.

He's 13 in January with a few health probs so he's slowed down now considerably. When he was younger you could take him on a marathon walk and after a quick nap he'd be at 100% battery again. So good luck
It infuriates me when pet owners are irresponsible. Major peeve is dogs off the leash in a leashes area. “Oh,Fido loves everyone!” :rage:

Where is that blasted iPhone?
Serious delays…. BUT WAIT - doublechecking Apple Store - and yes! they must have updated the order status while I was having dinner. Now the status is preparing for delivery instead of “we’ll tell you when the product is available” (sort of)

Yes, Ozzy seems to have limitless amounts of energy. And, as you say, after a little nap, he’s ready for another five mile hike.

”Alas poor Yorrick. I knew him Horatio”. Found (by Ozzy) on our walk this afternoon. He didn’t try to eat it, so that’s good.
B&W - RNI Films.
Well, my Barney would have had a good go at eating it esp when he was younger. If its vaguely organic its food  The times I've had to wrestle rabbits out of his jaws!!

This is Ozzy (taken with Rog’s iPhone 13). We picked him up today. He’s a Patterdale/Staffie cross and he’s adorable. We already love him to bits. We’ve no idea why someone would give him up and the people who gave him to the dog rescue centre lied about so many things, that nothing they said can be trusted. But we consider ourselves very fortunate to have him come into our lives. Expect lots of photos!!
Awww :inlove:
For every dickhead there’s at least one JillyG or RoseCat in this world :inlove:
Welcome home, Ozzy!

Exactly, Barney hardly ever goes off leash these days when we are out, but it doesn't stop big brutes running up to him and sticking their faces in his
YES! The owners blithey say “oh he/she is very friendly” and then look amazed when their dog becomes aggressive, or when your dog goes for them. We can try to train his aggression out of Ozzy, but can’t do anything about care-less dog owners and their loose dogs.

Agh, what a day! Taking Nicola home, we came across this enormous branch that had fallen across the road (this photo was taken after we’d all moved it to the side). Apparently, the driver of the white Tesla was just in the dip of the road when the branch came down! There were 4 or 5 fallen trees along our route, not to mention temporary traffic lights stuck on red both ways! I was glad to get home.

A lovely morning for a walk. I took Ozzy out by myself for the first time this morning. No dramas because we didn’t see another person (or dog). It makes for a nice, calm walk, but it doesn’t help with Ozzy’s socialisation.

I can see that my 365 is going to include a lot of photos taken on my walks with Ozzy. Those little specks are red kites.
Snapseed.
I love it :inlove: Perhaps because it looks so familiar to me :) Today I didn’t see nor birds or blue sky though. In fact I said to myself that I must be the only non-dog-owner crazy enough to take a walk
