The boarders at my school were always hungry or maybe they didn’t like the food they got but they seemed to like my sandwiches.Borders I guess but that term has quite a few other meanings too.
How/why/what are jam sandwitches and boarders related?
Umm, I think it’s probably my turn, Jen.
Wow, I love that pearly sheen.
Congratulation terse Ted. That’s a wonderful shot - how long did you have to wait before someone ran past? I would have chosen that as the winner if I’d been judging - which I wasn’t, thank goodness. Geek1956 Kevin and rizole Rizole’s images were fabulous too. Great work from everyone. Two images stood out for me this week and I battled with which one to choose but in the end it was the uniqueness of the one image that finally did it.
So, FIRST, was terse, Ted. Such a clever image on lots of front. I also liked your middle stairways and the flowers on the ground.

SECOND, was Geek1956. Just pipped for first. Kevin, you are a master of child portraiture.

THIRD, rizole . Sam, I just love your close-ups/macros. They often have humour in them or are inspired. I have added only one here but loved the leaf

not traffic jam then?Foot traffic. I'm thinking school kids myself.
No time at all. That was the first of several shots I took. She appeared just as I'd lined it up and was gone by the time I took the second.how long did you have to wait before someone ran past?
The next theme is Motion. Could be things or people in motion, could be camera motion, could be implied motion, could be some whacky interpretation of your own.And what do you have in mind for us, @terse Ted?
Thanks ImageArt for my second place and the kind words. Congrats to Ted terse for his great image and to Sam rizole and John sinnerjohnTwo images stood out for me this week and I battled with which one to choose but in the end it was the uniqueness of the one image that finally did it.
