You can't get much more overprocessed than deep-fried Twinkies and Oreos

There are some wonderful examples of what some might describe as “over-processed” images here in chineezguy Michael’s 365. But I think they’re little works of art. He is fearless when it comes to subject, composition and editing. Definitely worth a look.
Truly, chineezguy is one of my favorite threads.

Its the blossom in the drain that got 3rd in the mobicolour thread a week or two ago.
Ok, well that looks like an HDR look which at one point was all the rage. It’s a look like BW is a look. I mean, heck, the guy needs to get a life. I love some of your HDR looks particularly the great burnt out car on the hillside. Wouldn’t be the same as anything else.

I mean have you seen the landscape images for the the Mobile Photography Awards https://mobilephotoawards.com/landscapes-winners-8th-annual-mpa/. Geez, if the autumn image by Liz Anderson isn’t OP then I’m Dolly Parton.

Can anyone actually define Over Processed, I'm curious?
I've googled a bit and the consensus seems to be bad HDR or going overboard with the clarity slider. Another mentioned very contrasty images, but hell I like those
Is it all just a matter of taste once again?
This isn't mobile specific but of interest all the same and the comments are worth reading too.
