Wow.... This would make a gorgeous B&W too. (I’m late here so am guessing that’s probably already happened... )
I would love to live in that!View attachment 155925
Tiny museum #3, the Santa Cruz Surfing Museum
Not counting the lighthouse, it's about the same size as the Capitola Historical Museum. And it's still the off season here, so most of these tiny volunteer-run museums have few (if any) open hours.

I love this and what a great composition to get the Tor in the background (as John said). The horse I fell in love with,

Yes, in the distant past.that’s probably already happened.
Now that’s just odd. Beautifully composed David.
If I remember correctly the artwork was etched/painted on a dark blue or black metallic surface. Fortunately, the art itself obscured myself(ie). Now that’s just odd. Beautifully composed David.
Ahhh, I wish I was there. Santa Cruz looks like the kind of place I could live happily. The Museum of Art & History is the largest in Santa Cruz, still not large by big city standards, but much bigger than the tiny museums. It's the most active, by far, and occasionally takes over the street, too, for the Glow Festival, the Day of the Dead festival, and others.

Just love it.... especially because it’s made of cardboard!Inside MAH, two views of the stairwell. The last time I was here, there was a very large unicorn made of balloons in this spot.

Seymour Marine Discovery Center
Not tiny, but with this memorable entrance. As with mcmillan's note above, a lot of the interesting stuff is outside, including the two whale skeletons I've photographed a number of times.
