IOTM WInner - April 2022
Thera - 16:9
I didn't realise I really liked the 16:9 crop, I always thought it too narrow, so thank you Ann.

Nominations for the March Image of the Month (IotM) close at the end of the day on Sunday, March 31. Get your four nominations in!
This is great!
Little houses are all the “rage” at the moment Rose. I looked at one recently and was rather impressed. Frank Lloyd Wright said a house is a “Machine for living”. I think we tend towards the other end of the extreme today with our double garage, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms……..View attachment 182691
No matter how slow/steady I tried to walk the pano always made my house wobbly. So I just snapped a shot and cropped it to 16:9.
Fabulous those mushrooms work like leading lines
Nice
Isn’t it beautiful country
And I think these images do particularly well with it.View attachment 182710

Exactly! Going to be hellish difficult to choose.Wow. Thanks for the theme, Ann - love these images. I could use up all my July IoTM nominations right now.
I guess panorama also means landscape. And I think these images do particularly well with it.
It's a natural fit, but it's not the only way.I guess panorama also means landscape.
I meant landscape as in vista, a view of the land. I'd love to see a non 'landscape' panorama and I don't just mean a 16:9 crop of something. It's a natural fit, but it's not the only way.

Big PhotoWhat app did you downsize it in David? I have real trouble uploading panos to Mobitog.

Yes, that's what I thought you meant, and I expect we'll see some before the week's out. Most of the time with a theme, we all do the obvious stuff first to get it out of the way (and out of our brains).I meant landscape as in vista, a view of the land. I'd love to see a non 'landscape' panorama and I don't just mean a 16:9 crop of something.
Excellent example of social distancing.Parking garage
Thanks, John.Excellent! I particularly like the parking garage
I went back and looked at the date the photo was taken - 10/20/2020, which besides being a good looking number, was at the height of sheltering in place.Excellent example of social distancing.
That would be divine. How about some wisteria to climb over your porch?
