So they don't end up in the compost. We get many more than we can eat this time of the year so 'er on youtube is dehydrating them as a preservation method. Once rehydrated they can probably be used as normal.Interesting. For snacks? Add to soup?
I’d love a dehydrator but don’t have the room for one.So they don't end up in the compost. We get many more than we can eat this time of the year so 'er on youtube is dehydrating them as a preservation method. Once rehydrated they can probably be used as normal.
thanks Jilly! Thevreal thing almost drowned me todayGorgeous. IOTM-September material, so in it goes.
Fantastic images this month! Congrats to Geek1956 ImageArt sinnerjohn and RoseCat !!!First goes to Geek1956 for his swan. Smooth water, glorious colors, and a swan silhouette -- what more could you ask for?
Second goes to RoseCat for her slightly mind-bending reflection hover. I love the rocks in the clouds and the faded colors of this one.
Third goes to Geek1956 again for his super sharp bug and water drops on a leaf. If you've ever tried this, you know it's not easy to find the subject in the first place and then to get the focus and color right.
Honorable mentions to lkbside for her expansive Cottonwood Lake images, ImageArt for her flood of flamingos, sinnerjohn for his waterfall at the Eden Project, and RoseCat for her swimming cat.
