Yeah, a lot of the public pathways up and down the hills round here often end up getting undercut by run off rain. This one was really bad further down the hill so the whole thing was redone with an eye to channeling the water. You can see the inlet at the right on the 2nd photo has been beefed as well as the path having been redone.
