Russ' Project 365 – 2014

1/365 New Year Breakfast at the Diner

I struggled here with the different angles of the lines, especially the booths which are not parallel to anything else. I'm trying to learn how to use Perspective Correct, but more practice will be needed. Some straightening and cropping in FS. Then to Waterlogue, where I was happy with the results.

Great pic Russ. I like the candid shot of the breakfast crew. Nice editing using Waterlogue also. The app's chosen paint was well suited.
 
I love everything about this picture!! I love the Waterlogue effect and really love the old couple in the foreground and what Waterlogue did to the old man's plaid shirt under the sweater! Awesome pic for January 1st!!

Love your image. I will have to try out Waterlogue sometime this year. Filterstorm is one of my favorites! Thanks for posting all the apps you use.

Love the colors .... the mesh of what was (the orange and browns) with what is (the white snow) and what will be (the greenery)...

5/365 Dangerous Sidewalk

iPhone 5s, vividHDR (dramatic,) Photo fx Ultra (for straightening,) and Photogene4 to enter metadata and export to Dropbox.

The title comes from the slippery ice. I was going to head down to the harbor to take a few pictures. There was no bus in sight, so I decided to walk. after a few slippery steps, I decided that I'd rather stay away from a hospital today, so I just photographed the sidewalk.
