More candles than cake!!!! But I bet it’s rich. I had a recipe for flourless chocolate cake that was little more than chocolate chips and eggs, but I lost it. This reminds me of it.

I still hold onto my son’s sushi mat, but have yet to roll anything in it. This looks wonderful!

We spent a few days at the higher point in Portugal called Serra da Estrela. It is the mountains you can see far away in the photo.

That’s interesting…I’ll have to look into that, though I’m more likely to try for a sushi bowl. No rolling at all.

It does look less intimidating than that bamboo mat. Is that mango? What is that on the end?
