That mosquito sign is a bit weird.... meaning "Don't bring your pet mosquitos here!!" or maybe "Down with Mosquitos!! We kill 'em all!!"
This must be to ensure that when you stop you pause for a while.

Pardon the reflections from the iPhone LED. This picture was made about 2:30am on a moonless night. Without our flashlights we couldn't see anything except the stars. That was the whole point of the outing - astral photography. We found this sign at an area that used to be a parking area big enough for 5 cars on top of the headland, just next to a big cliff. Parking is no longer allowed there. It is still a good spot to photograph the night sky.
This was shot while on a lovely walk through Castle Combe, England (with this thread in mind!) No ducks were spotted on the road...
