These were shot in B/W, removes the dilemma of conversion !!
I have trouble with that, too. Colors that contrast nicely often end up having similar gray values when converted. In addition to John's solution, you can also use an app that allows you to adjust the brightness of individual colors, like Lightroom Mobile, Ultralight, or any app that offers HSL adjustments.
Aha! I got an email about that! It looks great here (and a lot less hassle than the physical IR filter I tried. Have you tried converting any to b/w yet?
Yes, but nothing really jumps out at me in b/w. I'll keep trying, I actually subscribe to vsco the only one! I ought to use it more
