I'd been fiddling with this one for a while, trying different variations, but it didn't gel until the title appeared out of nowhere.

The egrets and I thank y'all for your kind comments 
. Luckily there are several places around town where they hang out, and they're very obliging about holding a pose, although they tend to do it in the middle of lakes, ponds, and rivers, which makes it a challenge to get close. I need to use a 2x add-on lens to have any hope most of the time.

I love all three variations, but this one the best. As well as the gorgeous clear stark reflections, there’s the perfect fit of title/image (iow, ‘What JillyG said’)
