That is an Aloe??????
I didn't actually break a piece off and try it, but it's a succulent, and the leaves look right. It's on Wilder Ranch, a state park, so it could have been there for 150+ years, for all I know. You could found a small business harvesting from that plant.

And I didn't even notice! Took me a few days short of 7 years to get here -- I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing or just a thing.
Summer's end
I was trying to do some selecting/masking in Procreate. Did it wrong and wound up with this.
I like the wrong….
