Is that poor agave feeling down?
It does get moody at times, yes.Is that poor agave feeling down?
Wow, great shot. The structure of the wings is amazing. How close to the heron were you?
30 feet, maybe a bit less? Shot with the telephoto lens on the 14 Pro and cropped it. The wing feathers did come out well, but I didn't get the exposure quite right and lost some highlights. Egrets are tough that way -- very very white.Wow, great shot. The structure of the wings is amazing. How close to the heron were you?
White and black, difficult to photograph….30 feet, maybe a bit less? Shot with the telephoto lens on the 14 Pro and cropped it. The wing feathers did come out well, but I didn't get the exposure quite right and lost some highlights. Egrets are tough that way -- very very white.
In bright sunlight, no less.White and black, difficult to photograph….
Used to use a LUTS option in iColorama for a day to night sort of conversion. I just looked and they’ve changed how the LUTS look, but it appears there is still that sort of option. My iPad pro freezes all the time with iColorama so I can’t show an example at the moment.View attachment 195861
Moonlight
(A Plus Darker blend of the Graphite version with the original color version in Leonardo, and then some negative Brilliance in Photos)

My problem with LUTS in iColorama is that there are sooo many of them. If I pick the first one that sort of works, I keep wondering if there was something better further along. If I keep browsing instead, I forget which previous ones were interesting.Used to use a LUTS option in iColorama for a day to night sort of conversion. I used 17 earlier, but 117 looks much more natural. Any idea why my iColorama freezes on my iPad Pro? It doesn’t on the Air or mini.

It’s like a night with a full moon.I just got around to trying this out. Here's LUTs 117 applied to the original of the eucalyptus photo above, with no other editing.
