Just what I was thinking but a couple of gins didn’t help.I’m sure they spell something - I just can’t work out what yet. Give me a few more gins and I’ll have it.
EDIT: I think it reads ‘DIET’ but then it might just be that that’s on my mind.

Sea lions have no word for "diet" and fail to grasp the concept.Just what I was thinking but a couple of gins didn’t help.

Gee, I’m not only looking like a sea lion, I’m starting to think like one.Sea lions have no word for "diet" and fail to grasp the concept.
That is a very impressive macro.
Thanks, it was one success out of a number of botched attempts. The Moment macro needs to be really close to be in focus, which is a challenge for me and insects when handheld. That is a very impressive macro.
It inspired me to get my clip on macro out and yes you have to be virtually on top on something to get it to focus. I've a lot of arty blurry flowery imagesThanks, it was one success out of a number of botched attempts. How come the focus stack Ted, was your camera struggling with DOF?
Just for fun, mostly. It doesn't show so much in the 1500px version here, but both the foreground grass and the background trees are quite sharp. This was handheld. I'm planning to print an A3 version to see how well it comes through. How come the focus stack Ted, was your camera struggling with DOF?

It was another of our forays into specialised iphone photography. There‘d be a thread somewhere about it.How come the focus stack Ted, was your camera struggling with DOF?
Lovely
Yeah, I pulled my analogs out of the drawer and to took a picture.WOTANICUS' photos of his Russian friends spurred me to take these off the shelf for a photo shoot (but not to shoot photos, sadly for them).

My first camera was a Yashica TLR, back when I was in high school. Might even have been the same model.Yeah, I pulled my analogs out of the drawer and to took a picture.

I have film for both, but don’t know how old it is.
I bought it at a flea market. It might be the same camera. Did you carve your initials in it?My first camera was a Yashica TLR, back when I was in high school. Might even have been the same model.
My Dad gave me his old Kodak Brownie Box camera when I was about 12. I wish I’d kept it. The images were a darn sight better than the rubbish instamatic camera I had in the 70s.I bought it at a flea market. It might be the same camera. Did you carve your initials in it?
Only just spotted these! Gorgeous, the Soviets o such a great job overcomplicating apparently simple devices. Look at all those lovely dials and controls.WOTANICUS' photos of his Russian friends spurred me to take these off the shelf for a photo shoot (but not to shoot photos, sadly for them).
