Today's DH project

Should I be scared of this guy with a huge scythe in his hand

No, it's just my dear husband with one of his projects. What a relief

Had to make this crazy image to get my spirits up

I bought a waterproof plastic bag/case for my iPhone. Just that it didn’t fit in any of the pockets of my rain clothes  So I bought a new rain coat today. 70% off the regular price. I guess the sun will come back to mock me for my spendings:facepalm:

That’s one way to make the sun shine!

My rain coat trick worked. I didn’t need to wear it today. I got even some blue sky. That made me so happy so I did my longest walk for this year - 12 kilometers

A night in October?

I have a dark secret  It's about Hipstamatic X. I dare not change the camera settings as I'm too stupid to get a grip on how to easily change them. I changed them to Akira-Belém when Starzee mentioned that cool combo a good while ago. I had to read an instruction I once got from Geek1956 to get it right. Can't do that every time. So fact is - I only shoot Akira-Belém with Hipsta X:facepalm::rolleyes::lmao:

fallen angel, no I mean fuchsia :)

It’s still one of my favorites.

You are not stupid. Hipstamatic X is stupidly difficult to work with. If you look through the posted photos in the social section, you can save a camera you like to your cameras. If you build a camera from scratch you can eventually get to an alphabetical menu for the films and lenses. If you are interested in giving it whirl I’ll see if I can work out the steps for you. You can also share your settings from the original Hipstamatic with HipstaX.

Thank you :) I wonder why they have made it so complicated. I hate having to open my annotations about Hipsta every single time I want to change cameras and other things. It doesn't stick to my brain, although I'm normally a quick learner. This got very obvious now when I read your comment. I had totally forgotten that I have saved an Akira-Belém camera:facepalm: I also must remember not to try doing Hipsta on my iPad. Classic Hipsta crashes when I try to share settings to X.
My 365 for today is an Akira Belém :) Haven't posted it yet:rolleyes:

Evening by the lake

We thought the drizzling rain would last forever but suddenly around 6 pm the sun appeared. What a joy! We hurried up to the lake to enjoy the beauty

For the first time this summer, I met some butterflies who were polite enough to stay on their flower so I could take a whole series of photos. Strangely enough I heard other photo enthusiasts here had the same experience today. Must be weather related :)

I’ve had a lot of crash issues with Classic Hipsta on my Pro. For some reason the mini and Air work fine.

What a beautiful butterfly! I like the middle shot best.
Thanks :inlove: I agree the one in the middle is something extra with the "profile perspective" But I hear the perfectionist residing in my brain saying: "but you have cut off one of the antennas:facepalm:"

Berry hunter

While I was out on my long walk my DH harvested 3 kg (6,6 lbs) of blueberries. He could easily have collected much more, but he stopped when the bucket was full. Next time I’ll ask Santa to lend him his gift sack :lmao:

cutouts with photos app. Then I used Picsart to get the "collage" done
