What happened? Our pond has imploded

As the sun unexpectedly showed up I got out on the porch for taking some photos. I immediately saw that something was wrong with our pond. It's now just a hole. It must have happened today. What a mystery. My DH now suddenly got a new huge garden project

on the not-so-sunny-side. No signs of anyone eating here but they must pass this field to get over to the sunny side

I think I can see several animals here. To the left: a canine with a pup. To the right: I'm not sure what it is - maybe a baby dino I can't check now. They melted away quickly.

Clear and cold night here. Now at 22 it's already minus 10 C. Many good old friends are visible. The half-moon with Mars close. The giant Betelgeuse. The bright Capella. And planet Venus

Too difficult for me

An old sea eagle circled above us for a while on our sunny walk. I tried to take some photos. But I almost fell when I was standing holding my phone high above my head I will look at the photos on my Mac later today to see if I could do something with Topaz. Here on Mobitog just two original photos...
