Linus looked a bit worn out today. But he was smiling even more than usual. He and a friend spent Monday night in Stockholm for attending a big event - a national music contest for people with special needs.

Photo shot with native cam in portrait mode. Edits in Faceapp and Snapseed or was it PicTapGo :alien:

Wow, they’re great. Mine never come out like this!:notworthy: And is that the Aurora?
Yes, that’s the Aurora. When posting this on Instagram I wrote I just went out to see if the sky was clear so I could admire the stars. But truth is I got out to have a last smoke before going to bed  So being a sinner can be rewarding when it comes to finding the wonders of nature:D

Byebye summer

Another day with a mishmash of showers and sunshine and a chilly wind from the north. Summer is definitely over and so is the month of August

shot earlier tonight. I was standing in the rain outside our house watching a nice pinkorange cloud far north

edits in Lightroom mobile and a touch of iColorama

Crazy Bonus - my boys 12 years ago i.e. 2010 - popped up today as an auto-generated ”memory” - very low res. but fun. I don’t remember what phone I had 12 years ago. Checked my Dropbox but seems my DB account is “just” 10 years old :D It could have been a Sony Ericsson or a HTC or a Nokia - bought my first iPhone in 2012 - an iPhone 4s

P.S. Must rush - northern light have just started tonight’s show!!!!

Today’s happy pics :)

A beautiful sunny day is over. DH went fishing and I took ”a day off”. Two long walks and the rest of the day I’ve just played around with apps

It’s sooooo difficult looking in the right direction when shooting selfies with the iPad :lmao:
Photo shot and basic edits in the Vero app. Then I took it to FaceTune. Created the background with a ”text-to-image” AI feature.

Evening walk just after sunset. The air was crisp and clear and the pink clouds were my only company

I’m IN AWE. :fearscream:    It’s my dream to see this in real life. If I ever do, I’ll probably cry, LOL. Wow.
Just saw a notification that it can be possible to see it every night this week. There is something strange with this. Definitely not normal. I saw northern lights at 3 am this morning too
You must come and visit us :) But I can’t give any guarantees for aurora borealis ;)

Someone who just loves oregano

Our oregano is still blooming and it’s full of dinner guests. Bees and flies and bumblebees. Only the butterflies are missing ou. I guess we won’t see any until next spring :( I spent a fair amount of time trying to film and shoot, but it was too difficult - they were moving in all directions very fast :) This insect was a cool one I think. I have no idea of its’ name
