Interesting image. It seems Rick has not much hair to cut. 
Is this hair salon on a military base? It has "Troops" and "U.S. Marines" everywhere. I found "Teufel Hunden", a funny word for me as a German because it's grammatically incorrect. (Ok, I know, my English is far worse than that 
) I read about the word and found it's meaning on Wikipedia. Interesting, as I said earlier.

Rick does not have much hair on top, but a pony tail in the back.
It is a barbershop run by two men right on Rt. 66 in Gallup, NM. No military base around, but both men are veterans. The newspaper articles framed next to "Support our troops" is about the US Marines going into Somalia, though I am not sure which of them was there (perhaps both?).
I have been going there for haircuts for a decade now, and have run photos of them at work in the newspaper when I still worked as the head photographer at the Gallup Independent.
