Cool - I see John's point re leather stains!
That reaching figure was one of a group on a mosaic wall - very funky. I don't immediately recognise anyone else's offerings, though.

Ah that was Repix. A 'trick' (or a step that pleases my aesthetic) I often use if I'm going to layer something is the Edger in Repix.

That's how Ted's transparency shows up in Repix, and you see the exaggerated edge lines on face, eyes, headpiece? That's rubbing over the edges with the, err, Edger.

Then most of the black stripped out with Union magic wand: which, to my eye, makes some nice shapes and lines.

Then layering them, erase some bits, layer again. Then layer on some colours in different combinations till I see something I like then some light & texture in Shift.
