My son has been traveling for work; Copenhagen, Dublin and now London. He just arrived and is having issue with his data. It worked fine in the other two places. His service indicator has an exclamation mark.

Assume he has tried re-booting the phone and all the usual checks?
Do not recall seeing an exclamation mark, but then I do not use Android phones that often...
