Help needed please....

Hipstamatic now has a double-exposure setting...it's a new switch on the top left corner of the camera.
HarrisCamera also does some cool double exposures.
SlowShutter is another option.

As far as creating something similar to the link you sent, that would most likely be done in an app like Image Blender, where you could blend two images together and erase parts you don't want, etc.

It looks like the "difference" type of blend, mono on mono. If those images were done in colour, you'd be able to see more of the process and how the blend took place. Photoshop Touch is now available on iOS and Android mobiles, and runs the entire gamut of blend modes, with the ability to change opacity. Give that a whirl.
 
KitCam has a multiple exposure mode. You can set the desired number of exposures and whether or not to auto-adjust the exposures.
