Hi guys n girls ,has anyone had any problems with this ! I have been trying for ages , my computer keeps telling me that the internet connection has timed out ! little frustrated as an app I was after said sorry you don't have ios 5 , Don't want my pod to be left behind ! any solutions ideas !

My suggestion would be to go to http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/ - in the second drop down select your device (it'll be at the bottom) - go to Settings > General > About on your device and confirm the Version.
