I've found that Focos is handy for editing after the shot (although for some reason, I don't get all the tools on the iPad that I do on the iPhone).

I emailed the current developer and found out that yes, the app doesn't show all the same tools on the iPad as on the iPhone, but no explanation why and no hint that's likely to change. Drat.
