Noise reduction apps

I remember a discussion on here a few weeks ago about the best denoising apps. A couple of people mentioned one particular app but unfortunately I can't remember the name now. Any one know? All comments welcome. Tx

There are two Noiseware and Noise Master. I like Noiseware. remember in low light with apps like 645pro,procamera, or Procam2 you trick exposure by bringing done the ISO. Darker photo, but can be fixed in post editing. Less noise!

my favourite is in PS Express, it's an in-app purchase and, relatively speaking, not cheap but it really does the job very well.

Tx. I don't use PS Express. Is it quite complex to use? The app in general, I mean.

Around 320 seems to work well. On ProCam 2 you can get it lower

In daylight ISO is very low so ,it doesn't matter, but lock exposure on a bright part of photo or use Vivid HDR or native cam HDR on.
