Hi, yes It was a Nokia Lumia 530 microsoft phone as far as I can remember some of the higher end models had quite good cameras for the time.

Update: I thought my oldest phone was an iPhone 5s, but it turns out I have an iPhone 3GS that I've been using as a kitchen timer. 3 megapixel camera!
