APPStracts, Photo Impressionism and other Mangled Images

Looks like an apparition wrapped around the tree.
Here's a photo of the sculpture I took yesterday. Since I did the ICM shot, the sharks have been added and the school of fish has gotten longer. You can also see that the greenery in the ICM shot is actually trees in the background, not part of the sculpture. That's the kind of surprise you get when you start waving the camera around while shooting.

Soooo cool. What were the spirits before they became ICMed?
It's been a while, but I think they were just different lighting in the trees which got accentuated during the original editing. I didn't do it on purpose, just took advantage when it happened. Now I'm curious -- maybe I can find the original unedited shot...

Well, I couldn't find the original ICM shot, but it would have looked something like this one before it got to iColorama and the rest of the editing chain.
