Hi Syma, just thought I'd post an animation I did with your image.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/lodown2011/6029003574

It was made up the following frames.

I used the bulge effect in Photoforge 2 making incremental adjustments for each frame to get the overall animation.

Here's my word: Expression. Done with my usual arsenal (lately!) PSExpress, PhotoForge2, Iris, ScratchCam & Phonto.

Hi Catherine, thanks for putting your image here. I'm going to have a go at animating it for our short movie.

Here's my word - fun! I've animated it but Rog doesn't think it will be suitable because the word is obscured at the end. I suppose it could work in reverse so that fun is revealed at the end. Or Rog's idea was to start and end with the original and twirl it in the middle. I leave it to you to decide.

The letters were done in Photowords, then Diptic and then Twirl effect in Iris.

Oh my goodness how I've enjoyed watching you (and listening to you) produce this. I suppose it was worth it !

Jilly, I've just got Photowords. It seems minimal, to say the least. How exactly do you change the text colour? I can't find an obvious way. Also, have you noticed an difference between running it on the iPhone and the iPad?
