I've never seen anything like this regarding The Masons.

That's fascinating, especially the oddity of the tie with the fez and that sort of bolero jacket. In Sacramento (CA) where I grew up, there was a big Shriners convention every summer, with parades downtown and lots of fezes, but I don't remember anything quite like this.
