This is Melbourne Village, Florida (east coast of central fla). It is a small homestead community that has been swallowed by the city of Melbourne. There are abundant green ways, little parks & lakes, and lots of wildlife.
I've had a look on Google maps and see that you're near Cape Canaveral. You're in a lovely area for photographs.
