I have now taken over the running of what was previously the Mobi Mono and this is the place to celebrate and showcase all of your beautiful black and white images.

The Rules are simple:

1) All images must be taken and edited on a mobile device: a mobile phone, tablet, iPod or iPad.

2) All images must be simply black and white and all of those lovely shades of grey. Beware grunge edits which may add colour. If I notice an image that has a hint of colour I'll let you know so that you can change it and repost. Or I can delete it and you can repost; not a problem.

3) Any app(s) can be used in the making of your image, editing is permitted, but this must be done on a mobile device (see 1) above).

4) Please remember to add a title and a description of your image and what apps were used. We love to know how you did it.

Last entries before midnight UK time on Saturday 3rd December. Judging will take place on Sunday 4th December.

This week's winner will be our guest judge for the following week and can choose whether there's a theme, or not.

The theme for this week is TBA.

Please also see the MobiTog Rules and Guidelines for all MobiChallenges posted HERE.

It's only right that you should be the first poster John, as you're such a great supporter of the black and white section of Mobitog. :)

That's a beautiful tree silhouette. I zoomed in and it's soooo sharp.

Thanks JillyG , always exciting to see a new challenge! And congrats John on being the inaugural in the unaugural :mobibabe: Now to scrabble around and see if I can think of something to shoot in b&w (can't not be part of #1 :D)

Would be interested to see this shoot done at a low shutter speed! Please have a try (on my behalf as I live to far away from the next available beach :) )

That would be cool.... I can try it the next time I'm at the beach. [emoji1360]
