An Easter surprise!
This face developed in the paint as it dried. These are plastic eggs (possibly a resin material) that we painted. Each of them dried into really interesting textures and have nice little touches that showed up. Really unexpected. This face was one of those things.

Never annoy a wizard. Or perhaps it was a witch's cheating husband.
Sometimes I feel I should bring these stone people home with me to keep them safe from the tumbling surf. On the other hand, perhaps they only become released from the stone when it finally returns to sand. Imagine waiting all those thousands of years to be released.
