The ship that he was aboard ran aground just below the cliff where St Mary's church is. That's where Dracula originally landed in England. That shipwreck was based on an actual shipwreck a few years before Stoker wrote the novel..

It would have definitely caught me on the 199 steps up to St Marys, it's a trek

Clever. I really like this!

Thanks. I took a video of the kelp gull flying past and then extracted four still images using the Video 2 Photo app. I was going to blend them in Procreate but I didn’t have it on my phone so I used FotoDa and specified the 4 images. This is one of the results. I then cropped and tuned it in Snapseed.
