Wisteria is out everywhere now.

A chaffinch sat quite happily on the wire whilst I took a photo. I had to zoom right in to get it, so had to tidy up the edges in Procreate. The sky was really boring, so I SuperimposeX-ed it onto one of my own sky photos.

We walked up to the little house again today. There was a nightingale singing away this afternoon, which was worth walking all that way for. iColorama and DistressedFX

The Montana clematis is flowering beautifully. iColorama

Any chance you remember what you applied in iColorama? I love the effect!
Hmmmm. I’ve found it impossible to replicate. I know it was an effect in Style. And I know I took it into Preset>Colors (No. 27 in Overlay I think) to zshush it up a bit afterwards. I also masked out some of the flowers and those maple-y leaves at the bottom. Right, I think it was Style>Water (not Water-B or Water2) >No.4 or No.3. It’s the nearest I can get. I shall continue to experiment and let you know.

Or try this: Style>Simplify>No.5 Level 3 with a slight adjustment to the Opacity and Saturation. Then into Preset>Colors
Thanks Jillly JillyG. I often use Water (not B or 2) and I often start with Simplify. I use #4 because it adds the most then I back off the opacity. I’ll check out the Colors option. Sometimes I try out the options in Adjust/Tone Lab.

I just love both of these, Jilly. Love the chalkiness of the first and the 3D of the second. Fabulous.

Yes! Tone Lab is a setting I sometimes run my pics through too

We walked straight into this and got absolutely soaked! Ozzy’s coat is lovely and soft now.

Before we got wet, I managed to photograph these by the river. Butterbur apparently.

One of the many churches in Stamford, taken from the balcony of the Stamford Arts Centre.

Turn to the right, and there’s another.

Inside the Arts Centre. There is an exhibition of art by the members of the Welland Art Society. It’s in the ballroom of the Arts Centre that our choir meets.

I’m still trying to find it Jeff. Now I‘ve done some more experimenting, I think I took it into Style>Painterly and (I think  ) it might have been VGogh 3 or Star 3 with half opacity. And then into Preset>Colors. iColorama is such a rabbit hole!
