That's exactly what happened. I'm currently holed up outside a safe house somewhere in the Outer Hebrides disguised as a sheep. Shhhhh... tell no oneAhhhh, those were the days.

I'll settle for the gorgeous white glow of the egrets . And the many different whites. And textures. Beautiful .
Fascinating composition -- those broad flat ribbons foreground, the clump of vertical background - and that arch of emptiness and light in the sky

Never seen clouds like this. Not that I'm aware so. At least not as stand alone shape. But they are still on. Upper was taken 50 mins ago. Next one just now:

They are unusual clouds Gouvy. I've never seen any clouds like them either. I was thinking that it might have been a contrail from a plane, but the second one looks too large and spread out to be that. Weird.
