OMG, not sure I could take so much sweetness in one go! But, boy I just love the spicy cakes/biscuits from your country. Stollen bread, yummy and lots more that I don’t even know the names of. But as a gluten free person it’s just purgatory not being able to have some of them. I see they make a buckwheat gateau in one of the regions of Germany. Now, that I could go for!

I looked up Still Life to try and understand what is traditionally meant by the term.............and some of these images are lovely but way off the mark. If we mess with the theme, then a 'still life' could almost be anything, right or wrong?
