Why the sad face ?
It looks similar to slaughterhouses they have in New York City (not sure they still function as those now... the whole area has been *fancified* with expensive restaurants and boutiques) and they have images of the animals similar to your photo. Why the sad face ?
Ahhh ok, this is a Football (soccer) ground. The local team are the Rams, hence the mascot. The only thing that gets slaughtered there is the opposing teams (sometimes)It looks similar to slaughterhouses they have in New York City (not sure they still function as those now... the whole area has been *fancified* with expensive restaurants and boutiques) and they have images of the animals similar to your photo.

Just one persons take on what might be 'sacred'.
I love this image, such a creative edit...

Anywhere on the Olympic Peninsula is sacred to us. This is a Hipstamatic shot overlooking Port Angeles, WA and the Strait of Juan de Fuca.
This is lovely, esp with snowflakes gently coming down.
Thanks John... and I was totally thinking the same thing! This is lovely, esp with snowflakes gently coming down.
Beautiful, Larry. What a gorgeous little chapel. And your edit really gives it an otherworldly "glow"... so lovely. It looks like something you'd see in England!Sacred to me...and historic as well! Various tweaks with Snapseed and Enlight.

And I'm sure I've told you this before ( hopefully not too many times??) but I grew up in WA (mostly on Whidbey Island.)

Ohhhh, I thought you meant Greggs. Well, it's sacred to some.
I think this is hipstamatic. I took several hipsta photos that day then suddenly my phone was dead. Err, I mean out of juice.
Love that blur. Will you say some more about the building, Larry? Sounds like it's been a meaningful part of your life - and has broader historical meanings as well?Sacred to me...and historic as well! Various tweaks with Snapseed and Enlight.

Love the lighting in this David, and the (what's the word) flattening (?) of the image. A perspective thing, can't think of the word
No John, I'm happy to say I haven't. I'm a vegetarian (and don't say their cheese and onion pasties are to die for, because I know their steak pies are the ones that have killed several people).
Sacred to me...and historic as well! Various tweaks with Snapseed and Enlight.

These structures look very special, Gouvy - do you know much of their histories?
(And good job getting all seven figures in the image!)
