My method: Sit in a doctor's waiting room until you're so bored your mind is desparate for anything remotely interesting.

(If you pick a busy office, you'll have at least an hour before anyone notices and asks if you have an appointment. Say you're waiting for someone to gain another 30 minutes, and then move to the next office down the hall.)
